• A little about the name of these earrings •
Named after Angela Deamena Aboagye, a Ghanaian lawyer, gender activist and founder of the Ark Foundation which seeks to address women’s human rights in Ghana. She believes in gender equality, justice for abused women and children.

✨ 10% of all sales will be donated to “The Revolutionary, Underground Foundation” ✨
- a NGO whose goal is to support future African female leaders through their initiative, “Circle of Sisters”.

"Circle of Sisters" aims to identify girls who have potential to be leaders within their community. They offer mentorship, full educational scholarships from Primary, Junior High and/or University and have to date paid tuition for over 150 African girls.

Last month, Founder Cheidza Makonnen procured an acre of land in Gomoa Fetteh, Ghana where she will build a Girls Learning HUB and Creative Arts Center - an idea that has been 10 years in the making. The facility will offer tutoring in math, science and coding, as well as weekend cultural programs centered around African, Black American, Afro Caribbean and Afro Latina themes to embody and build bridges across the entire African diaspora.

If you'd like more information on "The Revolutionary Underground Foundation" and their initiatives please look them up on FB or IG.
