How long will it take to receive my order?
90% of Found Objects items are handmade in the order in which they are received. Because of this nature, items can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to complete, however most will be sent out within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for the transit time of your merchandise to begin tracking. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please contact us via this site. Found Objects, LLC.™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

Quality and Variations
Several times a year, I get on a plane to shop leather and fabric. I personally chose the material I use to make my designs to ensure the best quality product I can offer. Veining and irregular grain are characteristics of the natural leather and certify the uniqueness of the product. Due to this uniqueness, the color tone of the leather may also vary slightly from the photo on my site but it will always be the highest quality leather that is available to me.

FOUND OBJECTS WHOLESALE TERMS & CONTRACT
Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information to obtain discounted purchases for anything other than resale purposes. Retailer must maintain a current business license certificate (or state equivalent) on file and provide a copy, with Tax ID, to Found Objects before placing order.EXCLUSIVITY & PROXIMITY: We want to remain fairly exclusive so approval is needed before becoming a Found Objects stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated along with a number of other factors. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, please begin by emailing: foundobjects.chicago@gmail.com with the name of your business, the location, website and contact name.
MINIMUMS: Opening order minimum of $850 for earrings only and $1200 for an assortment of earrings, necklaces, rings and purses.
REORDERS: Minimum amount for reorders is $500 for earrings only and $900 for an assortment of earrings, necklaces, rings and purses.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER: Once approved as a stockist, you may place your wholesale order by email (foundobjects.chicago@gmail.com).
RUSH ORDERS: Rush orders are accepted on a case by case basis.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to foundobjects.chicago.com or by phone within 48 hours of placing your order. No cancellations to rush orders.
PAYMENT: Cash, Cash App, Venmo and Chase Quickpay/Zelle is preferred. Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal also accepted with an added 3% fee. We do no accept checks or COD.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: Orders will be completed and shipped within 2-4 weeks from the date the order was placed. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship via UPS with insurance/delivery confirmation and use economical UPS Flat Rate boxes whenever possible. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Registered Mail, Express Mail, and FedEx are available upon request and will incur additional charges to be determined. Rush shipping on orders is available by special request and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
DAMAGES/SHORT/LOST GOODS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Angelica at foundobjects.chicago@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Please keep all packaging materials so we may collect shipping insurance. Once received, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: All sales are final unless damaged upon arrival.
Display and Brand Identity: Visual merchandising and packaging is just as important to us as our actual product. We want customers to immediately recognize our product display as being Found Objects. Stockists must agree to use the jewelry stands and promotional displays provided by Found Objects. Jewelry stands may not be used to display any other items except for Found Objects designs. Stockists agrees to sell each product in the packaging provided and it is imperative that each purchaser receive a care card.WEB COMMERCE: No products or goods purchased from or produced by Found Objects shall be resold by stockists through any location other than stockists URL or brick and mortar store, including an online auction (e.g., ebay) and other selling channels (e.g. Etsy, Amazon,etc). If stockist resells via 3rd party, Found Objects and stockists’ relationship will be terminated.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
